Does this course count towards the prerequisites for some mortgages?

It doesn not. However, this course will provide you with an UNBIASED look at buying a home and getting a loan. Most of the courses that count toward that prerequisite are made be mortgage lenders and government agencies that want you to use their products and services. 

I'm looking for a real estate agent and a mortgage lender. Do you provide referrals?

I do not provide any specific referrals in this course. However, there's plenty of great information that will help you make a more informed decision when you actually search for someone. By expanding your search (especially for a mortgage lender) you can save tens of thousands of dollars. 

How long will I have access to this course?
